This is a quick fix as I didn’t have full ingredients to make one from scratch.
- Pataks tikka masala sauce
- Quorn chicken
- Long grain brown rice
- Low calorie spray oil
- Green pepper
- Garlic clove
- Start to boil the rice at the same time you add the onions to the pan.
- Once the onions are slightly softer, add the green peppers and spinach (as I use for frozen). Once these are softer, add the quorn chicken, garlic and courgette.
- Then add the curry sauce and simmer until the rice is ready. Very easy but not too healthy by adding the ready made sauce 😋
