Quorn chicken curry

This is a quick fix as I didn’t have full ingredients to make one from scratch. 

Ingredients:

  • Pataks tikka masala sauce
  • Quorn chicken
  • Long grain brown rice
  • Low calorie spray oil
  • Spinach
  • Green pepper
  • Onions
  • Courgette
  • Garlic clove 

Method:

  1. Start to boil the rice at the same time you add the onions to the pan. 
  2. Once the onions are slightly softer, add the green peppers and spinach (as I use for frozen). Once these are softer, add the quorn chicken, garlic and courgette. 
  3. Then add the curry sauce and simmer until the rice is ready. Very easy but not too healthy by adding the ready made sauce đŸ˜‹
