Dil and lemon yoghurt on seeded loaf. 

Tasty snack or part of lunch. 

Ingredients:

  • Dil
  • Lemon (zest and juice)
  • Fat free yoghurt
  • Cucumber
  • Cherry tomatos

Method:

  1. My mum made the dil yoghurt with the dil, lemon zest and juice and the fat fee yoghurt. 
  2. Simply put the yoghurt dil on a slice of seeded loaf and top it with cucumber and cherry tomatos. You can add anything such as beetroot, feta, chopped tomato and onion.
