Avocado and poached egg toast. 

Ingredients:

  • Wholegrain toast
  • Avocado
  • Two eggs
  • Chilli flakes

Method: 

  1. Fill a pan with cold after and bring it to the boil. 
  2. Add the eggs to poached egg cups (or however you like to make them) and place them in the pan with a lid covering. 
  3. Mash up an avocado for the toast. 
  4. Once the eggs are almost done, toast the bread and add the avocado on top.  Then the eggs and chilli flakes.
