Sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry. 

Ingredients:

  • Lloyd grossman curry sauce.
  • Wholegrain rice.
  • Sweet potato
  • Spinach
  • Chickpeas
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Garlic

Method:

  1. Put the sweet potato in a pan and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the onions.
  2. Then add the garlic, chickpeas and peppers.
  3. Once everything is soft, pour on the sauce and spinach then simmer for 20 minutes.
