Quorn meatballs, homemade chips and roast veg. 


  • Quorn meatballs
  • Onions
  • Olives
  • Fresh red chilli
  • Garlic
  • Tomato passatta
  • Spinach
  • Potato’s
  • Yellow pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Cayenne 


  1. Put the chips on a tray with some light calorie oil and pepper. 30 minutes in a pre heated oven. 
  2. After 15 minutes fry the onions until soft. Cut the pepper and some more onion and place on another tray with some light oil and oregano. 
  3. Add the meatballs, garlic and chilli. Fry until the meatballs are cooked. 
  4. Add the olives, spinach, passatta, salt, oregano and cayenne pepper.
