- Quorn meatballs
- Fresh red chilli
- Tomato passatta
- Yellow pepper
- Put the chips on a tray with some light calorie oil and pepper. 30 minutes in a pre heated oven.
- After 15 minutes fry the onions until soft. Cut the pepper and some more onion and place on another tray with some light oil and oregano.
- Add the meatballs, garlic and chilli. Fry until the meatballs are cooked.
- Add the olives, spinach, passatta, salt, oregano and cayenne pepper.
