Sweet potato, chickpea and spinach curry. 

Ingredients: Lloyd grossman curry sauce. Wholegrain rice. Sweet potato Spinach Chickpeas Onions Peppers Garlic Method: Put the sweet potato in a pan and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the onions. Then add the garlic, chickpeas and peppers. Once everything is soft, pour on the sauce and spinach then simmer for 20 minutes.
