Healthy without the cheese and sour cream I add.
- Brown rice
- Kidney beans
- Green beans
- Cayenne pepper
- Fresh cut chilli
- Chilli flakes
- Soy sauce
- Cook the green beans in the microwave to soften while starting to fry the onions
- Add the garlic pepper and chilli when the onions are softer.
- Add the passatta chickpeas kidney beans and spices.
- Cook for ten minutes on summer and then add the spinach
- Serve with brown rice, sour cream and cheddar.
