Mini Pizza

I love pizza but being a student takeaways aren’t always affordable (sad). If you’re vegan you can obviously swap the mozzarella for dairy free cheese. this is so so simple and again, quick to make.

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Wholemeal pitta
  • Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Tomato Puree

Method:

  1. cut the pitta in half and spread some tomato puree. sprinkle some chopped fresh basil on top.
  2. put on the cheese, sliced tomato and mushroom then sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  3. put in the oven until the cheese has melted.
