I love pizza but being a student takeaways aren’t always affordable (sad). If you’re vegan you can obviously swap the mozzarella for dairy free cheese. this is so so simple and again, quick to make.
- Wholemeal pitta
- Tomato Puree
- cut the pitta in half and spread some tomato puree. sprinkle some chopped fresh basil on top.
- put on the cheese, sliced tomato and mushroom then sprinkle with pepper to taste.
- put in the oven until the cheese has melted.
